Most projects launch within 4–8 weeks depending on scope. We start with a strategy phase (1–2 weeks), move into design and development (2–4 weeks), then QA and launch. Rush timelines are available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

Yes. Every Growth and Enterprise client gets a dedicated success manager who knows your brand inside out. Pilot clients have direct access to the team via Slack with a 48-hour response guarantee.

Absolutely. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. Annual plans follow the terms in our service agreement but can be upgraded at any time.

We're stack-agnostic and choose the best tools for each project. Common choices include React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Figma, and various CMS platforms. For collaboration we use Slack, Notion, and Linear.
