1. Scope of Services
Athest Agency ("we," "us") provides digital strategy, design, and engineering services as outlined in each project proposal. The specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2. Engagement & Billing
- Monthly plans are billed on the 1st of each calendar month
- Annual plans are billed upfront or in quarterly installments
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
- Late payments may result in a pause of active work
3. Revisions & Feedback
All plans include revision rounds as specified in your tier. We encourage consolidated feedback to maintain momentum. Additional revision rounds beyond your plan's allocation are available at a mutually agreed rate.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property transfer to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Source files, design assets, and code repositories are delivered at project completion.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, strategies, and business data as strictly confidential. We will never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit written consent.
6. Cancellation & Termination
- Monthly plans may be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle with 7 days' notice
- Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; a prorated refund will be issued for unused months
- Either party may terminate the agreement for cause with 14 days' written notice
- Work completed up to the termination date remains your property
7. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry professional liability insurance for your peace of mind.
8. Communication
We use Slack for day-to-day communication and hold weekly standups for all active engagements. Response times are guaranteed per your plan tier. Critical issues outside business hours can be escalated via email to our priority support channel.
